There is so much I would like to say, one thing that is the most important is Erica's characater. When someone reads you, you want them to be trustworthy, geuwine and honest. This isn't the typical self-love workbook, and I'm so glad that I followed my intuition and bought it! It gave me a spiritual perspective on what I was dealing with and allowed me to reflect and rewire my thinking. It felt like a personal reading of my life and struggles. I love how Erica uses her divination gifts to channel collective energy because I can see how this can relate to all of us. The channeled messages and the journal prompt really helped me go inward to sit with past thoughts and ideas then bring it back to the present. It’s been a great reminder that I AM the love I seek and it’s not selfish to love myself unconditionally and/or to choose myself first. I have trouble asking myself questions about myself/my relationships. This book has been helping with that. It’s easy to read and follow.
