This isn't the typical self-love workbook, and I'm so glad that I followed my intuition and bought it! It gave me a spiritual perspective on what I was dealing with and allowed me to reflect and rewire my thinking. It felt like a personal reading of my life and struggles. I love how Erica uses her divination gifts to channel collective energy because I can see how this can relate to all of us. It’s been a great reminder that I AM the love I seek and it’s not selfish to love myself unconditionally and/or to choose myself first. I have trouble asking myself questions about myself/my relationships. This book has been helping with that. It’s easy to read and follow.
